President's Message

Welcome,

Thank you, for visiting the San Bernardino Panhellenic website.  Our group offers sorority women a chance to meet each other and become involved in social, educational and philanthropic endeavors.  This is a great way to maintain the bonds of sisterhood that you started in college with members from the 26 NPC fraternities.

Currently, there are members from five alumnae groups (Phi Mu, Alpha Phi, Alpha Delta Pi, Kappa Delta and Zeta Tau Alpha) involved with San Bernardino Alumnae Panhellenic.  Our biggest undertaking is to reach out to more Alumnae members.  We also have 3-4 positions open on our PHC board: Ways and Means, Marketing/PR and Social Chair(s) positions.  Your help is needed and so appreciated.

San Bernardino Alumnae Panhellenic, has been working hard to reach out and educate the next generation of college women at the high school senior level and educating them about sororities and the recruitment process.  We have also taken steps to support the collegiate chapters at Cal State San Bernardino with things such as, greek woman of the year award and PHC essay contest.  The San Bernardino Alumnae Panhellenic scholarship helps us to continue our efforts that have been established in honor of our fellow sister Margaret E Douthit from Alpha Delta Pi to help support local Inland Empire High School students.

I feel honored to be the President for the upcoming 2010-2011 year.   I appreciate the commitment each one of you makes to Greek Life and the San Bernardino Panhellenic Association.  I look forward to a productive, successful, and positive year!

Please let me know if I can be of any assistance.

Best,

Iwona-Maria Luczkiewicz Contreras
